Job Description

The future collaborator will work on market and counterparty risk management issues, participating in various types of quantitative missions including:

  • valuation of simple and complex derivative financial instruments across all asset classes (equity, rates, foreign exchange, credit, inflation, and commodities)
  • Design, implementation, selection, validation, or audit of valuation models for financial products, calibration, numerical resolution, or risk measurement.
  • Support in implementing quantitative topics related to major regulatory and standard changes (FRTB, IMM, MRM…).
  • Definition or review of risk management frameworks.

 

Sought Profile

  • Graduated from a top engineering school and/or a specialized postgraduate university program in financial mathematics.
  • Possessing at least 3 years of experience in the field within banks, asset management companies, or consulting firms.
  • Mastering several programming languages, including at least VBA, and Python or R.
  • Endowed with a strong analytical mind, an excellent level of English, as well as great agility / adaptability.
  • Dynamic, autonomous, proactive, with a mindset decidedly entrepreneurial and oriented towards innovation.
  • Enjoys working in a team and has excellent interpersonal skills.

The future collaborator will work on credit risk management issues, participating in various types of missions including:

  • Design, implementation, choice, validation, or audit of credit risk modeling approaches
  • Management of projects to comply with new accounting or regulatory requirements
  • Support in internal and regulatory stress-testing exercises
  • Leading strategic transformation and digitalization programs for the risk function.
  • Assistance in projects for optimizing equity consumption, measuring profitability, and allocating capital ("Risk Appetite")
  • Definition or review of risk management frameworks.

 

Sought Profile

  • A graduate of a prestigious engineering school and/or a specialized postgraduate university program in statistics or data science
  • Having at least 3 years of experience in the field within banks or consulting firms.
  • Proficient in several programming languages, including at a minimum VBA and Python, R or SAS
  • Endowed with a strong analytical mind, an excellent level of English, as well as great agility / adaptability.
  • Dynamic, autonomous, proactive, with a mindset decidedly entrepreneurial and oriented towards innovation.
